Dr. Kaitlyn Mitchell

Dr. Kristen Grubb

Other Interests:

 baseball, swimming, cross country running, working with disadvantaged children teaching them about healthy living and exercise, volunteering at a rehabilitation hospital working with patients experiencing persistent symptoms of concussion and mild traumatic brain injury


Treatment philosophy:

growing up as a maintenance care patient, she has seen first-hand the benefit of getting adjusted regularly and staying well, and values the ability to work with a wide range of patients, building relationships and making a difference in the lives of patients

Dr. Higgins is passionate about a holistic approach to health and longevity. She believes in an active lifestyle coupled with nutrition and a healthy nervious system for optimal vitality. Dr. Higgins cares for patients of all ages and abilities. 

 

Treatment techniques:

 manual adjustment techqniues along with Thompson drop technique, Activatory instrument adjusting and soft tissue therapy. In addition, Dr. Higgins is trained in the Webster technique, a chiropractic modality specifically tailored towards the needs of pregnant women.

Marcel graduated from Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced in 2015 and is very passionate about massage therapy. Marcel has an assortment of skills that range from Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, General Swedish, Hot Stone massage, Cupping, Indie Head and relaxation massage techniques. Marcel commits himself to each client he treats, and always performs to the best of his abilities, to ensure your satisfaction. In his spare time, he loves to travel, read and play volleyball.
