Dr. Kaitlyn Mitchell, Chiropractor

Dr. Kait became interested in chiropractic as a young girl, experiencing her first adjustment at 18 months old. At age 8, she made the decision that it was the career path that she was going to pursue.

Dr. Kait graduated from Queen's University with a BSc Kinesiology Honours degree in 2011. In 2015, she graduated cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) with clinic honours. She received the Dr. Howard Beasley Award for Excellence in Jurisprudence, from the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. She also received the Scott Wilson Graduation Award for a high overall academic standing during the four year chiropractic program with excellence in the Health Care Management and Business course.

Before beginning her post-secondary and chiropractic education, Dr. Kait was selected to perform professionally as a dancer onboard Carnival Cruise Lines. Her passion for dance and the performing arts has fuelled her drive to understand how the human body functions, and how she can maximize life potential in each and every patient. Throughout her life, Dr. Kait has competed and performed internationally, and has taught and choreographed for several dance studios throughout Ontario. When she is not treating patients, she teaches part-time at The Listowel School of Dance, and loves sharing her passion for dance and knowledge of the human body with young performing artists.

Dr. Brent Milljour, Chiropractor, Acupuncture Provider

Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Dr. Brent Milljour became interested in chiropractic while playing hockey and experiencing the benefits of regular chiropractic care to stay healthy and active.

Dr. Brent graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education in 2009 and a Bachelor Degree in Education in 2011. He then attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and completed his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2015, graduating with clinic honours. Previous to becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Brent was a lifeguard, a CPR and First Aid Instructor, and a certified Emergency Medical Responder. Dr. Brent values the community aspect of Listowel. Currently he is the team chiropractor and medical trainer for the Jr. B Listowel Cyclones hockey team. He also serves on the board of directors for the Listowel Agricultural Society and volunteers regularly at community events.
